Who we are
The Luxe Cleaning Co (“we”, “us”) is a cleaning business based in Leicestershire, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can contact us at theluxecleaningceo@gmail.com or on 07747 272468.
What we collect
When you send a quote request through our website, we collect:
- your name, email address and phone number;
- the address of the property you’d like cleaned;
- details about the cleaning you need (service, property type, frequency, preferred timing); and
- anything you choose to tell us in the message box.
Please don’t include sensitive information (for example, health details, door codes or key-safe numbers) in the form. We’ll ask for access details in person if you book.
Our web server also processes your IP address briefly to protect the form from spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a walk-through, prepare your quotation and, if you go ahead, provide and manage your cleaning service. Our lawful basis is that this is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and to perform that contract. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Quote requests are delivered to us by email. To do this, the form uses a trusted email delivery provider, which processes your details on our behalf and only on our instructions. Our email account provider stores the messages we receive. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we delete your enquiry once it’s no longer needed to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we provide services to you and afterwards only as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email theluxecleaningceo@gmail.com.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).
