A maintenance clean keeps on top of things: dusting, hoovering, wiping down and making everything feel fresh again. A deep clean is where we slow right down and get into the places that build up over time, like skirting boards, vents, grout and behind the appliances.

It depends on the size of your home and what you need. A standard clean usually takes a few hours, and we’ll give you an idea of timings when you book. We’d rather take a little longer and do it properly.

Whatever suits you. Some clients have us weekly, some fortnightly or every four weeks, and some just book a one-off. We’re happy to work out a routine that fits around your life.

Yes, we bring everything we need. If anyone in your home has allergies or sensitivities, or you’d rather we avoided certain products or scents, just let us know beforehand and we’ll sort it.

Every home is different, so we like to pop round for a walk-through first. It means we can see your space, chat about what you need and give you an honest, accurate quote.

Yes, we do. We’ll fit around your check-in and check-out times so your guests always walk into somewhere fresh and welcoming, even with a quick turnaround between bookings.

We really want you to love your clean. If something isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours and, where appropriate, we’ll come back and put it right at no extra cost.

Of course, we love animals! Please just let us know about any pets before we visit. If they get nervous around new people or like to get involved with the hoover, it’s best to keep them in another room while we work.

Payment is due on the day of your clean unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. You can pay by cash or bank transfer.
